ALL ABOUT MUSIC ALL ABOUT HEART WORKSHOPS 2026

This page is intended for schools and organisations hosting a HEART Global workshop. Here you find the key information and planning steps.

Important information for hosts

You are planning a HEART Global workshop 2026 at your school or institution. This section briefly outlines the format and who it is suitable for.

What is a HEART Global workshop?

  • Up to three days of music, dance, drama and performance led by an international team of young artists.
  • Final show with all participants in front of an audience.
  • Focus on courage, self-confidence, teamwork, tolerance and a sense of belonging.

The standard format is flexible but ideally spans three days. You coordinate the exact times and structure with the HEART Global team so that they match your timetable and facilities.

Who is the workshop for?

  • Children, teenagers and young adults from around 9 years up to upper secondary level.
  • Schools, youth centres, communities and other institutions.
  • Group sizes from single classes to larger mixed groups.

Workshops are conducted primarily in English with support in German and other languages on request.

Goals and impact

The workshop strengthens your pupils and visibly brings your community together.

For participants

  • Experiencing that every voice counts – regardless of previous experience.
  • Encouraging cultural and artistic interests.
  • Building self-confidence and encouraging brave decisions (“Yes, and...” mindset).
  • Creating new connections across classes and year groups.

For your school or organisation

  • A project that fits your school profile and prevention work.
  • A shared experience that has an impact beyond the workshop itself.
  • Clear structure and close support from the HEART Global team.
  • Compensation for lesson time.
  • Opportunity to explore new teaching approaches.

You shape the framework so that the workshop fits your rooms, schedules and goals.
